Bought the 20LW COMBO. When I got home I realized spool spun freely on the shaft. Disassembled and realized there was no way to keep it from spinning. Applied green picture to the shaft. Works great now

Rod is great. The Rival 20lw is not functioning correctly. The clicker wont stay disengaged… it won’t stay on the off position. Don’t know why, everything else seems to function ok. Please advise solution.

Bought 3 for the family 2 of them poles the last eyelet fall out while putting line on the new reel.
